Ventilation Testing - Part F of the Building Regulations
Part F of Building Regulations requires that extractor fans (such as those in bathrooms and kitchens) in new dwellings have their air flow rates measured on site to ensure successful installation. Results then need to be submitted to the Building Control Body prior to completion and handover.
We can co-ordinate the ventilation testing so that it is undertaken at the same time as the air tightness test. Any dwellings not requiring an air test can also be incorporated into the fan testing regime. Alternatively, we can attend site to test all fans available. Whatever works for you!
